Factories
The term "factory" was created because Memphis is not just a simple queue.
A factory presents the application/use case that the user requires to build, and, within it, all the stations (queues) that establish the use case.
Factories list
You can edit/delete each of the factories.

Also, you can quickly edit your factory by clicking the box shown below.
Create a factory
Create a new factory by clicking the "Create new factory" button.

Next, just Fill in the factory details.
